LG2 installed three Modernfold Acousti-Seal Legacy STC 52 electric panel partitions in the training rooms where future nurses learn. The panel faces are markerboard, so the closed walls double as writing surfaces.

How the space works
What the job needed
The Nursing Building's training rooms needed to divide into separate classrooms and open back up into larger rooms, with walls that work for teaching.
What LG2 installed
LG2 installed three separate Modernfold Acousti-Seal Legacy electric partitions, each rated STC 52. The partitions are electric, so the panels are motorized.
The panel faces are markerboard. Instructors and students write on the partition as it extends, and when it is closed the whole wall is a dry-erase surface.

Open: the partition stacks at the side and the classroom works as one room. 
02 · ExtendingExtending: markerboard panels move out of the stack, and the surface is already being written on.
